What to pair with Fluance RT82 turntable
Hello fello vinyl enthusiasts. I have been enjoying vinyl for quite some time now--inherited both my parents' collections at a young age and have been adding to it steadily over the years. Used my parents' set up for many years, then moved states and my roommate had his own setup which I have used the past few years. He recently moved out and now I am turntable and speaker-less. I am interested in the Fluance RT82 turntable and was going to pair it with the Kanto YU4 speakers but I live in a fairly large garage (40ft x 50ft with 20ft ceiling) and hear that those speakers are for smaller spaces. I have yet to purchase anything and am looking for speaker recommendations for the RT82 that would be good for this space that I can also use with my TV. Additionally, if there are alternative/better turntables, I am open for recommendations there as well. I am indifferent as far as passive/powered speakers at this moment in time. Ideally, I am looking to spend less that $1000 but could potentially go up to $1500 for a solid setup that will last. I have looked at the set up guides that people often post in response to these questions and am pretty overwhelmed by all of the options. Any recommendations/advice to help make my decision simpler is greatly appreciated.
