The initial velocities are as follows:
3.8d vertical, 3.5d horizontal for the honeycomb cube.
5.0d vertical, 4.0d horizontal for the tnt. There's certainly better numbers and combinations of cubes this is the one I found

it uses another cube with soul sand to weigh down the tnt cube, and firework rocket to activate the tnt
