For a particular DHA announcement that I saw, the first assessments asks whether or not the applicant has (a) one year of specialized experience; (b) a graduate degree; or (c) a combination of the aforementioned that would equal 100%, and that you need one year of graduate school work to use this option.

If the applicant qualifies using experience or education, which of the first two would be the better selection? C would seem the most obvious at first, but the wording makes me wonder if it’s the lesser of the three options.
