Hi guys,

I've been working on this book project. I've done die cut a long time ago in school but it hasnt come out in my past job so I'm a bit rusty.

The entire thing is in illustrator, and they seem to want to keep it this way, so I have this workspace with the cover of the book (that is made of tens of layers) and I have a separate layer that's basically the wireframe of the die cut. I set the die cut layer to not print, but how can I make it so that this layer is usable by the printer guy as a guide to do these cuts ?

I know it sounds dumb but I havent been able to find a reply to my question, even on youtube.
