My dads BMW 120D has been stood for 3 months after his heart attack, I've been trying to get it going but the battery was dead. I couldn't even jump it. I've finally charged the battery. But now this is showing. And the engine won't turn over. I know nothing about cars. So any help would be great. Thanks.
