Hey guys need help. I currently have have a 30 day roadside suspension for stunt driving in Ontario and I hold an apprentice Quebec liscence.

Im wondering if I gotta disclose it to my insurance right away?

The thing I got summons, haven’t gotten convicted if anyhting yet and the 30 day administrative roadside suspension hasnt even hit my SAAQ abstract yet and dont know if it will. My liscence is still valid in Quebec from SAAQ and my lawyer told me I could drive in QC but nowhere Ontario.

I only had my insurance for less than 60 days so I feel like they could just cancel me right away.

My cars impounded right now also.

Hired a criminal lawyer to get stunt driving dropped and speed reduced and hes really confident that I wont end up having the stunt charge and its going to be dropped since its been years and years since one of his clients plead guilty to that. They give out 2 summons one for speed and one for stunting.

I need honest awnsers. Do if I have to legaly disclose it right now or not since its an administrative roadside suspension and not conicted of anything yet or if technically its something they they have to checkup on themselves since im holding the policy right now ? I dont wanna get canceled for misrepresentation, fraud or void my policy if I was supposed to.

Thanks in advance for the advice and btw I know what I did was stupid I though the limit and 70 and it was 50.
