I bought in Dezember 2023 a Dreame L10s ultra. In January 2026 the robot started to lose connection. He completely stop in some room of the house and it’s dead( no reaction anymore and the app shot me the robot offline.
When I manually insert the robot back to the base and it start to charge, the app show me the robot online again and charging.
My Apartment is 85qm and the robot could clean all the apartment with one charge. Since the robot start to lose the connection. I reseted all the robot twice already and no improvement. I was suspecting that the battery it’s not good. So I split the the house in 2 tasks. The robot still occasionally losing connection.
Has anyone experience with this problem? What would you say? Battery?
I was in contact with Dreame and to check the hardware I need send the robot for them and as o don’t have warranty anymore I would need pay for the repair…
