I'm worried someone stole some sensitive data: This morning my girlfriend says I viewed some of her messages at 7:11 a.m.—I was actually asleep at that time.
To send her a photo of the bed, I opened the WhatsApp camera, which, as you well know, shows the latest photos in the carousel below. A whole series of nudes my girlfriend had shared with me at various times appeared, along with some of her own photos. When I opened the gallery, however, these photos weren't in the recent folder, nor were they in that order.
I'm worried someone might have accessed them.
However, I checked the various account logins and there was nothing abnormal. Furthermore, I have two-step verification enabled on my Google account and Google Photos sync disabled. The chats were backed up at 5:47 AM.
The various AI assistants keep saying it's a coincidence, but that's impossible! No other photos are involved except these "intimate" ones.
What should I do?
