Hi I am planning on repainting my bathroom as the previous owner smoked in there quite a bit. Every-time I shower it seems like tar streaks develop on the walls and I want to get rid of it. My plan was to clean with TSP and then use BIN. But considering its in a bathroom with moisture, is this the primer I should be using? I need something that deals with the tar stains and seals then but also in a bathroom environment.
