I have a lot of hair fall and very frizzy hair these days

Im thinking about doing hair botox because it seems more gentle, but I heard it doesn’t last long. Keratin lasts longer, but Im worried about the chemicals and if it can make my hair fall worse

Has anyone in Colombo tried these? Did it help your hair?
