Many times I see people saying they were „cured“ from Hashimoto‘s. Or they don’t take their medicines anymore because this wonder diet helped them get their anti-bodies down. Although there are many reasons people can have hypothyroidism, Hashis is an auto-immuun desease and will damage your thyroid. For now, there is no cure for auto-immune diseases.
