Don’t take no for an answer

I’ve posted a couple of comments about if you don’t get your points during either an insider challenge or purchase, to reach out to chat in the Sephora App. They usually automatically connect you to Ai chat but just type representative to talk to someone. Usually I have a quick and easy experience.

I was supposed to get 4x points for a fragrance purchase in store on Mother’s Day, did not keep the receipt. When I only received base points I reached out to chat. The first rep was not accommodating and even said without a receipt they can not add the points OR escalate the chat which is ridiculous. I asked twice and then was connected with supervisor who added the points immediately with no proof of purchase.

Don’t take no for an answer!! You guys pay hard earned money. These companies need to honor their promos. I was this 🤌 close to boycotting Sephora.

Spoiled child scam

Sooo I follow some freebie nyc pages on Instagram and I have done trials here in nyc before (meta) to make some side money. I saw a few posts floating around where you can sign up for mushroom coffee testing, concealer and lipstick, super greens and foundation. I signed up for the lipstick and mushroom coffee testing being that the incentive was $80 gift card at a “prestige beauty company.”

Long story short I showed up today in lower Manhattan, do the testing and get the gift cards sent to my email but I’m looking up Reddit posts that all complain that spoiled child / il makiage is a scam. I can’t even check out without asking to add credit card information and see numerous complaints online about random charges and large holds from the company and horrible customer service. Just a PSA for all the product testing girlies 😭 what a waste of time. There were literally so many people there.

Have y’all taken the fragrance quiz in store

U get 100 pts to ur account; the kohls Sephora didn’t have the option so I went to a regular one.

I asked the associate to email me the results, Flames and flowers is so me and I was contemplating copping so I’m surprised how accurate this is. What scents were suggested to you and what did y’all resonate with most??

Is this good for sensitive skin ?

Should I buy or do you recommend a different product , I have combo skin, lots of acne, clogged pores.

Please let me know how often y’all use this or if it dries you out.

I have extremely dry skin and all I been doing is using lotion (and recently spf) my whole life I think it’s time I grow up and take care of my skin!! Please share your routines and products and results. If you had any products you don’t recommend please mention as well!

I really need a gentle cleanser that will clean my pores and minimize them as well as some moisturizers since all im using is Vaseline lotion.

I’ve tried inkey list and the ordinary gloycolic in the past but in no particular order but I was not consistent. I used fenty cleanser and immediately returned since it broke me out. I’m pretty much clueless. I added a screenshot of the suggested order routine so I can get familiar.

I have tons of acne scarring from my teens and ice pick like scars that my doctor said I would need micro needling to fix. I went into Sephora a month ago and got their skin scan and it was a wake up call. I’m drinking more water and juicing as well. Any recommendations are appreciated thank you in advance 💕💕
