Gaming PC opening up in BIOS, won't let me in

Hi all. I have a 5 year old PC that has never had any real issue or any components needing replacement. My SSD card is pretty outdated however, and at the brink of being full [only 250GB)

I was mid-game, while another 8gb game was downloading to the SSD. Then the computer suddenly popped up with a forced restart. Then when I switched it on again, it opened in BIOS automatically. I cannot close BIOS. Every time I switch on the PC it goes to BIOS.

It says "No bootable device found" too...

My specs are as follows:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor

Nvidia GTX 1080

16 GB Ram

AORUS

I want to get past BIOS so I can clean the SSD card but I cannot....really stressed.

Please help if anyone knows what to do :(
