I've noticed a pattern. 5 of my workmates who works full time same as me that passed NCLEX are all night shifters. All 5 of them stopped at 85, and only one of them was allowed to take LOA to review and study for NCLEX because our unit is understaffed.

I am wondering, do I need to be on night shift also? Cos I believe I have all the advantage to pass NCLEX given that Im always morning shift, lot's of time to review and can get enough sleep compared to them, but somehow didn't passed.

Or maybe I'm just too dumb idk. Need your thoughts. I really want to pass so bad this year.
