Been dating my girlfriend for 2.5 years. Her brother has been seeing his partner for maybe a year, I’m not sure exactly.

I find her to be disingenuous and to brag/boast a lot. Her personality is also just very grating and hard for me to be around; she’s one of those “yassss queen” types. My girlfriend, on the other hand, is completely enamoured by this girl.

I obviously want to have a good relationship with my girlfriend’s brother, which would seem to necessitate a good, or at least cordial, relationship with his partner. But I really don’t enjoy being around her.

How have you all dealt with similar situations?
