I have an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (FX506LH) laptop, and I recently replaced the thermal paste with Polar Therm X-10. However, it's been overheating, and I'm not sure if it's because it's applied incorrectly (even though I've applied it about three different times). I'd like to know if it would be better to replace it with a thermal pad, and what your recommendation would be.
