Lots of peacocks on A44 and lots of accidents involving them…

An hour ago, spotted one ahead of me. Looked in the center mirror, managed to slow down and sound the horn.

The driver from the other side didn’t brake at all and hit him straight on sending it in the bushes…

He did have a car following him quite close but still can’t cope with the fact that he didn’t brake even a little.

What would you do? What’s the best course of action?

Risk being hit from behind?
