As title states I got the good ole BSOD and got stuck in the whole restart loop. After a bit of digging around I decided to restart the pc and reinstall windows while keeping my files. This seemingly "fixed" it however when I started it back up it felt off as i got like things that like flashed for a split second on my screen (maybe?) which okay fair might be normal windows stuff starting up, but my sound got glitchy as well which was weird. I went straight to updates and found my mircosoft antivirus need update alongside the virus remover tool and some random x64 update (Not sure if that's worth mentioning or not?). I am wondering if perhaps I somehow got a virus or something, which would be a bit strange considering I use the laptop for purely school stuff mostly. I admit though I am a coding major so I did/do have strange things installed like Xilinx, Windows SDK, Github, Orcale Virtual Box, Unity, Visual studio, and Git. There are like a few misc. stuff like CMake, PowerShell, and such but nothing too crazy. Though its strange that when I restarted it deleted my Nvidia stuff.

I am just starting to get heavy into computers and technology so I am trying to understand what happened and what can I do to prevent this again. It's a bit embarrassing to admit, but my file management is incredibly messy and I can never tell which files are important or which are bad.

Sorry if this post is a bit scattered, but I hope I got my main point across. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated! ❤️ (Also wasn't sure which flair to add so I did a best guess please forgive me.)
