Will using the company affiliate on my resume cause issues with a background check?

In one of my internships I worked for a small company that got bought by GE to be an affiliate under them. We ended up having a @ge.com email etc.

On my resume, I’ve been putting GE as the company for years Finally got an offer and switching jobs and when filling out the background information, I ended up putting GE [affiliate].

Could this potentially be an issue since I technically worked for GE, but not really? I honestly didn’t think too much of it when putting it on my resume, but worried a discrepancy might come back.

Do the exact dates of employment matter for the background check?

I submitted my background check last week and I was trying to hurry to do it within the 2 day timeframe given. But I ended up having a bunch of short internships over the last 4 years.

I know the dates I listed are within 30 days of actual employment, but I didn’t know the exact dates of employment for most of these so I did it by memory, past emails, other details I could find

Will that matter in the background check? Is there any chance I could get rejected or would they just ask for more exact dates?

Edit: also the ones I’m worried about are the ones that weren’t listed on my resume
