I have been following the all the methods of manifestation whilst trying to get my SP back. I mainly use visualization, affirmations, robotic affirmations, scripting and the O method. I have also been using LOA and living in the end and trying to reject the old story.
I feel like spiritually there is something draining or funnelling me back to negative thoughts of the issue. I also feel like I am giving too much energy and thought to this person whilst manifesting and I know that being too fixated on the 3D and eager for the outcome can slow the process.
My question is as follows: What happens if I were to do some sort of mental or physical cord cutting ritual with my person? I have heard that this can actually speed up the process by releasing stagnant or obsessive energy and allow manifestations to come in quicker. What is the view on spiritual work whilst manifesting? Anyone ever tried this before?
