I crocheted a hat by making a rectangle of back loop only half double crochet with one side of the rectangle sc for the top. I stitched everything together and now the bottom looks really neat but it has no stretch to it.
I soaked it in warm water and stretched it a bit, but any advice on how to prevent this in future would be appreciated!
