Hello friends . Hope all is doing good. After being diagnosed with vaginismus- I did pelvic physio and than dilaton . It’s being many years and months I have being using dilators . No PIV success yet. Want to need some guidance and tips on how to use this size dilator . Since as I reach this size I cannot go beyond tip. It feels like hitting wall and hard to go further . Even though I warm up with one size lower than this or I am fully relaxed or I use tons of lub. Any tips , recommendations?
