I have no actual proof that my boyfriend is cheating, which is why I’m wondering if I’m just overthinking everything.

Recently he’s been acting different. He hides his phone more, replies slower and drier than before, disappears for hours, and always comes back with excuses that don’t fully make sense to me. He also used to be really open with me, but now it feels like he gets defensive whenever I ask simple questions.

I’ve tried ignoring it because I don’t want to be controlling or paranoid, but the small changes keep piling up and my gut feeling won’t go away.

At the same time, I know none of these things automatically mean cheating, so now I’m stuck wondering if I’m noticing actual red flags or just creating problems in my head.
