Hello all, I recently received notice of an unpaid toll in the mail for driving on Dulles Toll Road, but I was not in northern Virginia when the transaction said it occured. They have a "picture" of my car, but I literally was in North Carolina during the transaction date, and I live in Richmond, and was not in NoVa during the month the bill said it happened. Is this a scam? The payment information section links to the real tolls in Virginia website and phone number, no phishing detected.
