Hey guys. I wanted to get some advice about quitting becoming a coach. I’ve been training to become a coach I believe for about 2 months now, and I just had my final evaluation this last Saturday. I got the news that I didn’t pass, but I can retry again. But the thing is, I don’t want to. I’ve been through all the trainings and made great connections with amazing clients and the other coaches, but these past few weeks, I’ve come to find out that this is not the role for me.

Do I email them now saying I’m done? Do I stick with it for a little while longer? I genuinely feel terrible that I wasted my HCCM’s, TM’s, and AM’s time trying to find a new coach (me and one other person). Any advice would be amazing…
