Hello I've had this package stuck at the origin facility since Apr 25th.

It was supposed to be delivered on Apr 25th, 2026.

But it hasn't move to out of Jersey City since the first scan. Item was dropped on Fri, Apr 24th, in New Jersey, was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, Apr 25th.

There is just 1 origin arrival scan and no updates since. I've called twice and they said they've started an enquiry but nothing yet.

Anyone facing the same issue or know what to do next?
