Hi, i have a surgery with the Doctor next month. Dont want to use WISE app or pay 2.5% extra for CC fees. I am planning to carry USD with me. Should i convert and go to the clinic? Or pay in USD to clinic? Which are the best places to convert Thai Baht to USD?

Also, is it fine to carry USD 15k to bangkok?

I am scheduled to meet Dr Ratchathorn in 01 month. Quick query, how many days of after care is recommended with the clinic? Do i need to be there till the scrabs fall off? Or i can do that with my local doctor?
