I recently got this wireless keyboard from a friend, but it doesn't have a mouse, nor a battery cover. Ive tried 4 different batteries, and all i can get to work is the low battery light to come on. It lasts maybe 5 seconds before going out, and only turns on if I shift/remove the battery. Ive tried crumpled aluminum and tinfoil in the space between the battery and the coil, to not difference in how long the light will last.

Anyone know if its possible to connect to a pc without the mouse, or if its just a lost cause?

Ive had them do this a couple of times throughout the two years ive had them, but only recently managed to capture it on camera. Initially, before recording he fully entered his shell, then began doing this, but much quicker and in rapid succession. Ive always thought I mightve been them pooping, but now im not sure. Usually when I notice it, no one's around them, and after they're done they just..go about life normally.

I read somewhere it might be stress? But im not sure!

Their humities usually around 82%, and 79f, in a 150 gallon base tank and 40 gallon tank topper for him (the jumbo), and four other much smaller crabs.
