There’s a delusional mass consensus on this forum that pointing out the objective reality that Marathon is barely surviving is some kind of attack on the quality of the video game.

Enough is enough dudes. This game is not doing great and we need to stare the beast in the face. Blissful ignorance isn’t going to do us any favors.

I LOVE this game, but this isn’t sustainable. Silencing criticism and shaming people who think the game is simply too difficult isn’t the answer.

Game is in its infancy and it doesn’t look like it will reach adolescence much less adulthood.

Season two absolutely MUST deliver sweeping changes or the game is very likely to be shut down by Sony.
