SEMI UPDATE #1: I called OptioRx and despite Pomegranate emailing me on 4/15 saying they sent the order to the pharmacy, OptioRX said they didn't receive the order until 4/20. The lady I spoke to said processing times are 5-7 business days from receiving the order but she said she would put a rush on my order. Will update once I get an emailing with tracking.


Refill appointment was 4/14, invoice paid 4/15, order sent to pharmacy 4/15.

It's now 4/26 and I haven't even received a "here's your tracking info" email yet. I emailed customer service 4/23 and received an email 4/24 saying "Our pharmacy team is currently working closely on your order. Once it is completed (within 24–48 hours), it will be out for delivery." I sent a follow up email last night and haven't heard back.

My shot days are Thursdays. I'm on max dose from OptioRX. I only took 12.5mg Friday because that's all I had left. I'm now out of medication and idk what to do.

Is it time to worry or do you think medication will arrive before Thursday?

Also, what is happening to cause the delay? I saw their warning on their website saying orders now taking 7-10 days processing but what's the reason? Thanks y'all!
