Is this too much?

Just put ptm on this laptop Becuase the fan was damaged so I had to replace, just wondering if this is too much or too little, also I couldn’t get the old ptm off the ship Becuase I was scared of damaging the metal parts that were by the dgpu chip, and it wouldn’t come off when I used a paper towel with iso, any info is appreciated.

So I know that the collab event is god awful honestly the worst AL event there has been, but the ship skins are great so instead of gambling I’m going to use the free dubs I have from the login event a bit ago to get one of the ships and have settled on agir or hinde, but when looking them up I see mixed reviews on both, so I’m just wondering if anyone has more insight on these ships and which is better/what are their strengths/weaknesses. Any info is much appreciated.
