Hi all , I joined Accenture 3 months back at 3.6 yoe exp for java full stack domain .I got only 8.6 fixed + 21 % variable .prev ctc was 5.55lpa.I see people with similar exp getting 12-14 fixed for the same role .thinking to switch before completing 6 months here .will it cause issues for my profile ?any suggestions .
