I applied to CHP september 2024 passed the pellet b november had my cvsa in january and in february I was told by my background investigator, he was not going to refer me to the academy.
It’s been a year and three months since he told me to wait because I had been fired from my previous job six months before that for something insignificant. He advised me to wait at least a year before reapplying. It’s been a year and three months, but I haven’t received the letter in the mail to be able to do so.
Is there anything I can do, I have military/law enforcement background clean record besides that I was let go from a position not the agency.
