I’m a 5’3 female at 150 pounds. My goal is 115-120, so I need to loose around 30 pounds. my Reta is on the way, I’m thinking about doing .5 twice a week until I feel I need to go up. Is that a good starting point?
I want to loose weight fast as possible without feeling extreme side effects
