I've been struggling with disordered eating for about 3 years. My friend know this and I've told her so many times I hate conversation about weight and calories and all that.

A month ago she told me after her first visit to the gym she lost 4kgs( impossible but okay) so I told her congratulations and that was that. This week she told me she lost another 4kgs and this time I actually got really mad,i didnt tell her anything but im so mad at her, i know damn well she didnt loose all that as she looks the same and its genuinely impossible with the way she's eating, shes constantly talking about how sore her muscles are from working out( she goes to the gym twice a week and just does treadmill ) and how many calories stuff is. I feel like she's doing it on purpose .How do i tell her to stop making up stuff without offending her ?
