Do you guys also spend more time judging the listing than applying?

Some remote listings start off normal then suddenly:

“must wear many hats”
“fast-paced environment”
“100 applicants already”
“video intro required”

and now you’re questioning your life choices hahaha

At what point do you look at a remote job posting and just go “nah skip” 😭

random question lol

for people applying to VA/admin/support remote jobs…

what usually makes you go:

“okay i’ll still apply”
vs
“nah skip na”

is it the experience requirements?
too many tools?
low salary?
vague job description?
red flags?
or just gut feeling 😭

feels like a lot of beginners hesitate applying unless they match EVERYTHING in the posting

and honestly the advice online is so mixed lately
