I'm in marketing and i feel like this is a constant argument with Marketing, Sales and RevOps with who owns what.

So here, goes nothing - posing this question to the sales world (especially managers).

  1. What happens to deals that dont get followed up in your pipeline right now?

  2. Who owns that problem, sales, marketing, or nobody?

  3. Have you ever tried to solve it? What happened?

  4. If something automatically identified those deals and drafted recovery emails, who would need to approve that before it went out?
