Hi All, our 24 month boy has a biting habit that keeps getting him kicked out of daycare. We have to pick him up 3+ times a week before noon. It’s starting to affect our performance at our W-2’s and my wife’s mental stability.

He turns 2 in a week and is still in the 18M-24M class. The plan to keep him there for another month, until room opens up in the 2’s. However, he’s been biting for a few months and it has recently gotten much worse. If he exceeds 3 bites, he gets kicked out for the day. If one bite breaks the skin, he also gets kicked out for the day.

We don’t know what to do and am desperate for help.

Any advice on how to help him learn to stop biting?
