I have the $17/month staples protection plan, and made a claim when I my phone was damaged beyond repair.

It will be several days before my replacement phone arrives. It was not an option to go to Staples and buy a new phone. It’s Friday today, and it will be impractical to wait for Allstate to source a “like new” phone and mail it next week.

Most of you already knew these protection plans are waste of money. Inconvenient and a waste.
