What’s the best way to go about sanding this down just to reduce any rubbing on the frame. I’ve already cut some plastic back. Seems like the tire is still gonna rub the metal tho a bit. Dremel, angle grinder ?

Just joined 265/75/16 on my 4Runner. Any recommendations you guys would do as far as the rusted hubs? They seem pretty wide but I’ll get used to it lol. This is stock height no lift as well. Don’t think I plan on lifting it. 2000 2wd SR5 daily commuter with a few dirt/gravel roads for fishing and camping. Thanks !
