I had a faint positive pregnancy test yesterday afternoon (CD 22 out of 31) It was the darkest faint line i’ve gotten over this past year of TTC. I was totally blindsided because all of my other positives (which happened to be chemicals X3) showed up on the day of my missed period or just after, and then slowly got lighter. I tested again today (CD 23) and it was totally stark white. I also decided to do an LH test and it’s the darkest line i’ve ever gotten and gradually got lighter throughout the day. I don’t normally ovulate this late and i’m really bummed out because this month has been a real bad one for me tracking my ovulation strips so i don’t know if i had an LH surge earlier in the cycle. However, the faint positive HCG is totally throwing me off. Has anyone else experienced a really early faint positive that just totally disappeared and then LH kicked in? I’m obviously going to have to wait a couple days to see what progresses and what doesn’t. In that awful situation where i don’t know what’s going on and can’t find any other people that may have experienced this to see what their outcome was.

I’ve had 3 chemical pregnancies and all 3 have shown a very faint line (fainter than this) only 1-2 days after my missed period and then gradually got lighter. I’m 10 days away from my period starting and i did an ovulation strip, i haven’t done one in a few days i’m not the best at tracking, but it was darker than i’ve ever seen it. i then randomly decided to do a pregnancy test too and i noticed this tiny faint line pop up after 5 minutes. why is it showing so early?? it’s mid day also?? im just so confused and blindsided i didn’t expect to see anything, especially not at this point in my cycle. i’m going to test again in the morning and see if it’s any darker. All my chemicals have had the same pattern so i’m totally confused why this is happening and so super scared to get my hopes up for anything.
