What kind of moral is it to not make Alex the Chief of Residents for telling Owen about the tempering of Meredith with the Alzheimer trial. (He was pretty drunk at this moment as well.) His reasoning is that he rattled out the "most-liked-person" and that's why he doesn't get the job.

What else is Alex supposed to do? I mean he can't win in my opinion & that's just stupid.

I am a first-time watcher and currently watching season 7 and after most of the people got over the shooting this season is kinda all over the place. I feel like we have to many main characters and we don't focus on anyone for more than 2 episodes.

Derek and Meredith trying for a baby is a side plot that comes up sometimes but it's not developed enough to show the growth in their relationship. (I feel like Patrick Dempsey was filming other stuff and that's why they gave him less screentime) The Alzheimer trial story is boring to me.

I am kinda tired of Arizona & Callie since their problems and Mark being their baby daddy went by so fast and then everything was just fine. Lexie is also barely there and if she is around she behaves like a child. Christina gets more arrogant every episode and doesn't realise that Teddy tries to make her a great surgeon and it's annoying, also she and Owen kinda just exist, they don't even banter.

I am now at the end of episode 20 and this season has been the weakest so far and I hope the will write out at least one character and will push for storylines to go on longer.

Am I to dramatic or did you feel the same?
