Are the organizers/host make this as their business/side hustle? Imagine 32-36 players pay for 250-300 op fee for 3hrs on 3 courts. Court rental ranges 500-600 per hr.
600*3*3 = 5400 make it 6k for balls
32*250 = 8000
Just a thought.
