Hi guys I’ve received a diagnosis for my HT with dr Hakan in turkey. Ive copied the diagnosis below and attached his templates for my hairline too. Please let me know if it seems legit.

For the frontal area, he does not recommend a very low, straight, or aggressive hairline. Instead, a more natural design should be created, following a pattern close to your existing hairline and closing the corners in a balanced way. This approach will ensure a natural appearance both now and in the long term. The temples should not be lowered excessively, and a non-straight, natural shape is preferred to preserve a masculine facial expression.

With this approach, unnecessary graft usage in the frontal area is avoided, allowing more grafts to be preserved for other regions and also keeping the donor area safe for any potential future needs.

For the crown area (area 3), approximately 1,000 grafts can be used in the same session for additional support. For the frontal area, Dr. Hakan estimates that around 1000-1500 grafts would be sufficient.

The mid-scalp area (area 2) shows diffuse thinning and miniaturization. At this stage, a large transplant in this region is not recommended, as it may provide limited benefit and could potentially damage existing hairs due to surgical trauma. Therefore, no hair transplantation is advised for this area.

Instead, he recommends regenerative/stimulating treatments such as stem cell-based approaches. These can help stabilize hair loss and improve overall density over time.

In summary, the plan involves restoring the frontal and crown areas with transplantation, supporting the mid-scalp region with medical treatments, and preserving the donor area for any future needs if hair loss progresses.

Dr Hakan himself will be performing your hairline to make it more natural with some micro and macro irregularities (not a straight hairline).

He recommends you DHI implantation to achieve a better density and to be able to take care of the existing hair.
