Frigidaire Range broiler stuck on

We had a power outage last night where the power flickered on and off multiple times in case that is relevant.
Today I preheated the oven and didn’t notice anything odd at first. A few minutes into baking I smelled burning and noticed the top heating element was red hot like it was broiling. I cancelled the bake but the element stayed on. I shut off the breaker and the broiler shuts off. As soon as I turn the breaker on it starts heating again.
My guess is it’s the electronic clock assembly/control board? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
