I’m about to have my first meeting with an attorney (in a little over a month) but worrying about these numbers is keeping me up. can anyone help me have a guesstimate monthly payment price (including likely attorney and trustee fees) for a chapter 13?

Kentucky is the state

$120 K unsecured debt (about 70K my husband, 50K mine)
$15 K federal tax debt

we have approx 90K in home equity in husband’s name only

With our income we’ll likely be in 100% plan.

Can someone help? the fear of the unknown is causing me to lose sleep.

About to start next week, and I’m nervous about side effects. I work two jobs and feeling sick all the time is just not an option. I’m also really worried about my effexor not working. I’m finally in a decent place mentally and feel very protective of that.

What made the difference for you? What tips can you gift me with from trial and error?
