Good morning, I am tapering off deloraz. (which I have been taking at various doses for 12 years; my final and almost usual dose was 1.5 mg, equivalent to 15 mg of diazepam).

A week after the last dose reduction, I started experiencing tingling in my feet and spasms in my toes, along with paresthesia. I stopped reducing the dose a week and a half ago After the last cut done when I already had these symptoms. Will this go away? If so, how long do I need to stay off the medication? Two weeks? I’m currently at 1.1 mg. If in two weeks it does not go away from last cut, shall I raise up the dose to the previous one with which I was still stable?Thank you for your help.
