Dad, someone hit my car and I don’t know what to do

I was parallel parked on the street, and when I was inside asleep someone backed into my car and drove away. I only noticed it after a drive and I’m scared on what to do. I don’t have a ton of money, and I’m worried my insurance won’t cover it. How can I fix this, what can I put forward to help it, how can I get move evidence, and most importantly, HOW DO I TELL MAMA???

Is little Twig a tabby cat?

Twig is the third cat I’ve ever owned and I got him when he was barely two weeks old, so I wanted to wait a bit for all of his coat and color to show. I have no idea what his parents looked like, or if they were even domesticated, but he does some uh, interesting behavior that a lot of people attribute to the coat. He just got his big snip Thursday so I figured now was the time to actually figure it out. Is he a tabby? If so, what kind of tabby?
