So Ive been on the pill (yas) and the implanon for progesterone and acne management as I have PCOS aswell as BP2 around 2 years ago. I felt like both made me super depressed really fast and I trialled both but they sucked like couldnt get out of bed, hearing music bad. I started Spirilactone previously around a year ago and it seemed to work for acne for like a month or two but I got freaked out about being on a diuretic long term and the impact to my health tbh so stopped it. Ive just restarted as my acne is shit again and I have been having crying spells in the last 3 days since taking it and feeling hot and cold flashes but im kinda wondering if anyone else with bipolar experiences something similar either with this med or hormonal meds as I keep having psychiatric or health meds have negative consiquences on each other
Im hoping its temporary but if anyone has taken this med specifically hopefully this happened to you and its normal short term 😞
