How many weeks are left in the pen?

I’ve completed 4 weeks on 0.25 and 3 weeks on 0.5 (last dose yesterday on the new pen).

If I read it right on the Ozempic site - I meant to up the dose after the 4th dose of 0.5ml at week 9 to 1ml. I have zero effects (good or bad).

How much is in the pen? 2 doses of 0.5ml - how many 1ml will I get out of it?

I’m out of script and I’m trying to calculate when I need to get the new script

I read that most people get 50-70g/day when they need 1.2-1.6g per kg body weight (90-120g for a 75kg person).

For me that is 130-174g of protein a day as I weigh 109kg (240 pounds). That is a lot

Are you all drinking protein shakes or making your own to top it up?

Edit: based on this calculator https://www.nal.usda.gov/human-nutrition-and-food-safety/dri-calculator I need a lot less than the that I read:

Protein 87g, total fibre 37g, carbs 300-425g and 2.7L water.

Rhetorical question - but I was baffled at some of this I encountered on my last trip.

  1. Two people having a side by side ‘normal’ conversation at a volume and tone that made you expect them to start fighting

  2. A man eating a sandwich out of the pack like a pig eating out of a trough. No hands, face shoved into the box

  3. Eight, yes eight people deliberately taking a different seat than allocated. That was just in my section

  4. Changing a nappy on the seat

Whilst I still miss the flip over magnetic origami stand for the Voyage - this is as close to my set up being complete now.

For my PWSE 12th gen this is what I got:

* A clear case with a magnetic ring built in - I added a middle earth map

* A magnetic case/stand for it. It’s not super fantastic but it works when I travel

* A PopSocket for when I don’t want to use the case or stand. Also a suction one for the Voyager Kindle which which still is the best in sunny conditions

* A floor stand to hold the Kindle. I chose not to get a gooseneck stand as the reviews were very mixed even for those with better ratings. It’s not as cool looking as the gooseneck- but it works great and is easy to move

* A loop page turner. I love not having to hold it in my hand, it sits on my finger instead. Also, the part that’s on the Kindle sits so low down it’s not obscuring anything and I didn’t need to change the margins.

I can’t think what else I could need now. The stand and page turner is just the best. Now I can sink down in the sofa or bed with hands under blanket / cover (it’s going into autumn here) and read. It is very easy to move.
